About Me

I approach pregnancy, birth, and infancy with core values of honesty, respect, and growth. starting during pregnancy and lasting through toddlerhood, i strive to provide the continuity of care every human deserves. having a baby is one of the most profound and complex experiences ( not even including the whole pregnancy part!) ..and then you enter postpartum. as a mom and a doula, i support expectant parents throughout pregnancy and all the way through whenever you want to stop.  we will work together to set emotional and physical boundaries for postpartum, foster meaningful caregiving moments, and investigate your goals and hang ups. I will encourage you to trust your gut, lean into the challenges and remind you that we are in this together. and ps i have a background in youth development , resources for Infant educarers (RIE) and I bring over ten years of experience working with families, from infancy to adolescence. oh and i have a daughter who i gave birth to on my bed with my husband, doula, and midwives ( sarah + kennedy <3)
