- I will be on call at 37 weeks gestation
- I will have a copy of your labor and birthing preferences
- I will offer support where need be i.e. cheering you on, quieting down, joining you in breathing, offering labor and birth friendly movements and positions
- I will be actively documenting your birth experience
- I will be present for up to 1 hour post birth
Postpartum Journey Support
Postpartum Mentoring Sessions (1.5-2 hours each)
- We will reflect on your birth experience
- We will create a continuity of care plan, tailored for you
- I will assist in organization and light house cleaning pertaining to the baby
- Light food preparation pertaining to pregnant person and baby
- Set goals for feeding and sleeping patterns
- Follow up on personalized care plan
- We will cover postpartum fears or concerns that you may have
- We will address any wants or needs
- We will talk about what the next few months/years might look like for you and your new baby
Follow Their Lead
- We will talk about Resources for Infants Educarers (RIE) inspired infancy philosophies including yes/safe spaces and intentional modeling and dialogue with your child(ren)
- Sleep related ideas/goals
- Infant/Toddler feeding ideas/goals
- Sibling adjustment support
- Respectful Caregiving tools
